Two Finished Quilts

Our weekend weather wasn’t as bad as we expected. We received a few snow showers and a lot of rain. The temperatures warmed enough that we had minimal ice. Very strange as communities all around us had a lot of snow and terrible ice accumulation. The temperatures have dropped again but there hasn’t been any more precipitation.

I spent the weekend indoors, safe and warm, and worked on the last two quilts that needed binding.  All nine are finished now!

Witch’s Night Out by Fig Tree Co.

I had spiders and webs quilted on this one.

Let’s Go Camping by Pat Sloan.

The quilting is all things camping related.

I think I am down to three flimsies that need quilting. One lap size, one wall hanging and one table runner. But don’t quote me on that LOL. I’ll know more when I finish this huge organization project I’ve started. I’m going through all of my craft supplies and stash. There isn't any telling what I’ll uncover.

I hope those in the path of the recent winter storm didn’t suffer any significant damage and everyone is safe.

See you Friday with a cross-stitch and crochet update.

So glad the worst of it missed you. We have a hardpack of sleet and snow and piles of sleet that won't melt until it warms up a lot more, but no damage thank goodness. Congrats on those pretty finishes!

Glad you missed the awful ice. We received 13” of snow…gosh it’s a lot! I love Witches Night Out and so cute to have spider webs quilted on it. Hmmmm, I have 8 flimsies, two of which are tops given to me and I want to hand quilt 9maybe I should rethink that, lol.

Dear friend, minimal ice is safer. Your finishes are beautiful.

Glad you weathered that storm so well. . .ice makes such a nasty environment on sidewalks, steps and pavement. It is beautiful on trees. . .except when the branches get too burdened with the weight and crash! So many finishes. . .how TERRIFIC. I like the pantos that you chose. . it is fun to see the designs when they are stitched into the fabric!

We got about 20" of snow. Today is the first day I went out. It's so cold out there! I did some grocery shopping, visited my mom and came right home. That's all I could take! I'm glad the storm wasn't too bad for you. I love the quilting on your quilts. Perfect finishes!!

It is good to hear that the storm was not as bad as predicted in your area, Jeanna. Your finishes are just gorgeous. The black cat on the broom made me smile and love the camping quilt. Will you be using it in your camper? Have a blessed day. Hugs.
