Flea Market Quilt designed by Lori Holt and published by Its Sew Emma is finally finished.
Regular followers may remember that I had attached the trim and binding to the front of the quilt, then realized I hadn’t enclosed the entire edge of the quilt inside the binding. If you missed it, and are interested, you can read about it in this post.
I took it all apart and it went into timeout because I was getting ready for travel. My goal for this past weekend was to trim the quilt and reattach the ric-rac and binding to the front. Once I got started, I couldn’t stop.
This completes quilt #4 of 9 that needs binding. Remember this post?
I’m thrilled with the way it turned out, and having this one finished, I’m motivated to bind the next one. That will be this weekend’s plan…after I start packing for another trip.
I want to tell you about a new YouTuber I found. Her name is Tracy Mooney and she posted her first video a few days ago. She introduces herself, a bit of her background and her goals for her new channel. I'm looking forward to seeing her quilting and machine embroidery content. If you are interested, here is a link.
Hope to see you Friday for a cross-stitch update.
Enjoy your day!

I am glad you got it finished. After the “oops” I wondered if it might go in long term time-out
