Farm Girl Fridays – Week #9

Happy Sunday friends.  I am here to share my Farm Girl Vintage blocks as part of Lori Holt’s Farm Girl Fridays Sew Along.  If you haven’t already, check out Lori’s blog Bee in My Bonnet for a recap of the sew along and additional ideas / projects for using these blocks.

This is week 9 and block #s 16 and 17, hard to believe!

Feed and Seed Block

Fresh Pears Block

Staying inside today, the temperature is forecasted to be in the 90's with a heat index of 105 degrees.

I'm linking up to Karen's Sew Darn Crafty Linky Party.  Go over and see what everyone else is up to today.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a blessed Sunday and great week ahead!

These are great! I can't wait to see the finished product! It has been so miserably hot lately...ugh! And, July and August will be even worse. Thank the Lord for air conditioning...:) Have a lovely day and week!

So cute Jeanna! I've actually gotten started on mine and I'm posting the first three tomorrow. I know I'm a lot behind but these are so much fun to make they're making me smile the whole time so I don't mind playing catch-up.Your pears look good enough to eat!

I like the pear block. The designer has a knack of creating pieced blocks that look like the real thing.

Hello! I found you through Sew Many Ways' linky party. I enjoy the occasional quilt-alongs with other bloggers, but I frequently get behind. You are doing great to stay caught up! Good job, and pretty blocks!
